2.2. If an item becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will notify you promptly and offer an alternative or a full refund.
2.3. For pre-orders or customised items, minimum order quantities may apply. If these are not met, we will inform you and offer alternatives or a refund.
3. Pricing and Payment
3.1. All prices are displayed in GBP (£) and include added VAT where applicable.
3.2. We may change prices at any time, but this will not affect orders already confirmed.
3.3. Payment must be made using the methods listed on our website. Payment is taken at the point of order.
4. Shipping and Delivery

4.3. Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number.
4.4. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery. Ownership passes when we receive full payment and dispatch the goods.

5. Returns and Exchanges
5.1. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 allow you to cancel most online purchases within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.
5.2. Items must be returned in original condition, unworn, and with tags attached.
5.3. Customised or personalised items cannot be returned unless faulty.

5.5. You are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked service.
5.6. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
5.7. Certain items (e.g., underwear, swimwear) are excluded from returns for hygiene reasons unless faulty.
6. Order Cancellation
6.1. If you wish to cancel before dispatch, contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee cancellation once goods have been shipped.
6.2. Customised or personalised items cannot be canceled once a team store has been closed.
